Last week, we stayed at Konya Seyiri Hotel with my wife for a week. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and although they were aware of our arrival, they forced us to stay in a dirty bed and room with not even changed sheets. Imagine, there were soap bubbles and someone's hair in the bathroom drain. Even though they said there was no other room, they transferred us to another room the next day as a result of our insistence. If you don't see the hair on the floor and sheets, it's bad. Their excuse is that they can't find cleaning staff. Except this; The staff is generally respectful and everyone does their job as best they can. There is little or no satisfying greens for breakfast. However, for those who like it, hot fries are constantly added, if you do not eat white bread, there is no alternative, you will eat cottony bread, and the tea is always fresh. Health to your hands. If you want room cleaning, you tell it to the lobby when you leave. When it comes to room cleaning, replenish toilet paper, change towels, maybe replace the sheets, maybe turn them inside out, you'll be fine from now on, maybe they might be slightly used (that's what happened to us, for example). If you do not want cleaning, running out of soap, toilet paper and wet towels is not a problem. If the mini bar runs out of herbal tea, sugar, coffee or even a glass of drinking water is not available, you will not have any problems. (But they bring it when you ask, let's not be unfair) I have never written a review for a place before, but what made the situation different here was the rudeness and disrespect of the newly hired cleaning staff. Even though the sheets were changed, I said there was a stain and asked for it to be changed. I was scolded, cursed, and even slapped with a sheet (which was the last straw) and then I kicked the cleaning staff woman out of my room. Personnel manager Ms. Menekşe, who witnessed these events, said that she would put her staff in their place and that I could not insult her staff. In other words, saying "get out, I don't want to go out" after being smacked, "put down the sheets, get out, go out" is an insult to the staff. Miss Violet! You did the real insult and disrespect to your customer. I understand you, you already found it difficult, but you didn't want to lose your employee! It wasn't very difficult to say, "We don't wash the sheets. They are dirty. I'm sorry, let's change them immediately." If you continue to work with personnel who say "no" to the visible stain, you will experience these situations more and more.
